Sitting here in my room looking out the window, I just can’t help but notice how different the weather feels. Over the last ten years I have noticed – and other people may have noticed as well – it just feels different. Different weather patterns, different temperatures, etc. For example, last night June 21st here in Seattle, we were having cyclone-like gusts of wind. It was really eerie… I mean, those types of storms are typical here in the fall, but June?? And it is depressing to know that it’s only going to get stranger and more violent as time goes by.
I’d like to keep a positive attitude about all this, but on nights like last night (which there have been several over the last few weeks) it’s hard not to get a little scared with the wind howling harder and harder. There is an urgent need to take action…
